Roger Berry is a qualified accountant with 35 years of fiduciary and accountancy experience. He is the Managing Director, and majority shareholder of the Concept Group Limited.
Roger was born in Guernsey with his higher education in the UK, after training with KPMG he soon moved from being an employee to an employer, becoming a Partner in a local firm of accountants with a fiduciary business. In 2004 he acquired that business and the Concept Group was born.
Roger has wide experience as a fiduciary but particularly enjoys retirement planning issues and surrounding legislation, both in Guernsey and the UK. He has sat on numerous Guernsey Pension Committees including: the Guernsey Financial Services Commissions Retirement Annuity Trust Review Committee, the Guernsey Income Tax Pensions Legislation Review group and chaired the industry formed Guernsey Association of Pension Providers (GAPP) QROPS sub-Committee and the Code of Practice QROPS Group. He is an active committee member of the GAPP and also sits on the UK Pension Liberation Industry Group for combating Pension scams. Roger speaks widely on the subject of QROPS and International Pensions on both the technical and political issues that arise.
Roger was brought up in Guernsey, the son of a high profile politician, which may explain his great interest in politics and constitutional issues.
Kevin Le Moigne
Kevin joined Concept Group as Director of Operations in 2003 and became a shareholder in December 2016.
He has worked in the fiduciary industry for over 25 years and is responsible for overseeing business operations, including IT and premises management. A member of the International Compliance Association he holds the International Diploma in Compliance and acts as DMLRO.
Andy began working in the Guernsey Finance Industry in 1999 with the Royal Bank of Scotland International, before spending 9 years with Kleinwort Benson.
During his time at Kleinwort Benson, Andy predominantly worked in the Private Fiduciary Department, where he administered complex structures for a number of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (“UHNWI”) from a worldwide client base.
Andy has most recently spent significant time working for 2 local independent trust companies, where he held senior management and Director level positions, before joining Concept Private Clients in 2016.
Andy has a BSc (Hons) degree in Management with Trust and Estates through the Manchester Business School and holds the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Diploma (TEP).
