Helen is in charge of managing Concepts Pension Department and the 17 staff that work within it. Helen prides herself on her commitment to providing a professional and excellent service to the members of Concepts various schemes. Part of Helen’s role is to constantly review, develop and improve processes and procedures for the company, helping to ensure that Concept are always well placed to offer the highest levels of service.

Helen has worked at Concept since 2009 after moving to Guernsey in 2001 and enjoys spending her time with her family (including her cat and dog).

Kim Le Moigne

Compliance Manager

Kim has over 23 years’ experience working in the risk and compliance area of the finance industry. In 2000 Kim moved to Guernsey, whilst working for a large international bank where she held a variety of roles in corporate banking including the role of Corporate Risk Manager.

In 2012 Kim joined Concept as Compliance Manager and in March 2019 was appointed as the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO). She also served as a member of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission handbook working party from 2013-2017.

Kim holds Chartered Management Institute Diploma and holds a number of International Compliance Association qualifications

Thomas Moverley

Head of Business Development

Thomas joined Concept at the start of 2021 relocating to Guernsey from the UK. Having spent the last 16 years working in London and most recently as Board Director of a Professional Industry Body. Thomas has over 16 years’ experience in Business Development and Relationship Management, having worked across a varied sector and with some of the UK’s largest multi-national organisations.

Thomas is responsible for heading up and overseeing Concept’s Business Development initiatives both in Guernsey and abroad.

A fan of all sports, in his spare time Thomas enjoys socialising with friends and family, getting outside, holidays in the sun, eating out and keeping fit.

Simon Warren

Simon Warren

Senior Operations Manager

Reporting into the Operations Director, Simon's duties include filing international tax compliance reporting, local regulatory reporting, complaint handling and the provision of annual reporting to pension members, as well as his fiduciary duties as a Director of the in-house companies.

Simon is STEP qualified and joined Concept in 2009, prior to which he spent 13 years in the investment services department of a large asset management firm with a strong global presence.

In his spare time Simon appreciates the Guernsey scenery on long walks and bike rides, enjoys paddle boarding and spending time with his family & friends and likes to relax reading, watching films & a good tv series.
